If we want to help the animals we need to pull together and speak for them. This guy threw his dog in front of a moving vehicle and the poor pup had internal injuries. I do not know the outcome if this dog made it or not. But this guy only got 2 years probation, that is it. This dog suffered, who paid the medical bill for the dog? He is not even banned from owning another pet. What is to stop him from abusing another animal, Nothing. Nothing against the employees who do their job, but there are too many animals being abused and/or killed for nothing they have done. This needs to be stopped. Every State should have the same laws and much stiffer ones to make these abusers to think about what they are doing. So many get a slap on wrist and it is not taken seriously. Animals deserve better treatment and they all so deserve justice. We are their only hope. Without us they will never have a chance for anything to change in their favor. They need us! This petition is for all animals, not one certain one or kind. All animals can be abused one way or another. Most of the ones in kill shelters are there cause they have been abused. That is right. They are put on Death Row and they did nothing and the criminal walks with little or no punishment at all. It is a crime so why not make them pay for it. They are put there when owners have decided they want a different dog, or just don't want a dog anymore or whatever. They are neglecting them and that is the same as abusing them.
