You don't have to be an animal lover to help them. You know what is right from wrong and how you feel they should be treated. Nothing against the employees doing their job, but there are way too many animals that are abused and/or killed every day every minute. After they have been abused, most of them end up in a Kill Shelter and put on Death Row while the criminal is walking the streets, maybe paid a fine, maybe 15 days in jail all suspended or what ever. It is not enough. And so many walk away without any punishment at all. And if they have other criminal charges most of the time the judges drops all of the animal abuse, NOT FAIR! We all need to stand up and speak for them. This is not just for dogs or cats but for all animals as most has been abused one way or another. No animal deserves to be abused and or their life taken from them. If we do not come together and speak up for them, this kind of behavior will never stop. They deserve justice just like we do. They breath the same air as we do, they bleed like we do, and they do have feelings. They do so much for us just to name a couple: Help person with health problems, becomes partners with the police and take the bullet to protect them, check for mines so our love ones can maybe come back home to us, they are true to us, our friend and shows you more love than you could ever imagine.
