The abuser threatened to snapped the puppy's neck, he picked the puppy up and they found the puppy on the floor in the hallway bleeding from the nose and whimpering. The police was called and they need your help in finding this guy. Please if you know anything call (515) 223-1400. Please don't let this guy get away with this. Too many abusers are getting away with it, and too many animals are being killed in kill shelters. The law needs to be the same in every state after the law has been changed. It need to make these losers never want to abuse anything or anyone again. It has been proven that most animal abusers move on to our kids and or humans. If we can stop it here, we will be helping our animals and our children more safer. They will get tired of abusing animals and move on to something bigger.
