His life shortened cause of what this man did and what this lady didn't do. Yes he can get up to 3 years in prison, but will he? Not only that I feel he should be punished more as this little dog suffered for so long. In his care when he said he spilled boiling water on the dog, (if it was an accident), and not taken to get medical attention when the dog had third degree burns covering 40% of his body. The body was infected and necrotic. When taken to the vet the vet said he was in shock, septic and in so much pain they could not examine the poor dog. The dog died of cardiac arrest with in 2 hours. They both need to be punished enough to cover what all that poor dog had to go through for the crime they committed.
