Any one who knows anything about dogs, even cats and more, the babies need their mother to live. So the Animal Control should know that. Too many animals are being abused they should not have to worry about being put on death row for nothing they have done. These animals need our help in so many ways. If we knew about here LAST WEEK,,, we would have taken her out ourselves to the area to see if we could find the babies !!! I'm sure her babies are all dead now,,, and as far as I'm concered,,, IT'S ANIMAL CONTROLS FAULT !!! These mothers are ripped away from their babies,, and then taken to animal control and put into dark, HOT cells with NO AIR CONDITIONING,,, NO WINDOWS,,,,, NO SUNLIGHT,,, it's TORTURE.
