The 114th Congress is in full swing. I just amended this petition to reach ALL US Senators, ALL US House of Representatives and the President of the United States. However, besides individuals sending links to their state reps, which I encourage everyone to do for now to get the ball rolling of interest, I can not close this petition out to send it with just 122 signatures and need lots more for impact. Please re-post this Petition and stimulate interest nationally. Once the US adopts this BILL, I am sure it will spread to international interest and save many lives and livelihoods.
