ACTION is needed: With nil time prior to the January long session in congress, we as supporters of this CHIROPRACTIC MANDATORY REPORTING BILL, were asked by NC Senator, Jim Davis, whom I approached as a NC resident, if other states have proposed this BILL or support it. IF you have written to any and have received a response please IM me asap to send that information to him with my letter today or soon as possible. Presently we have NIL responses sent to me of others who sent their state reps this petition for this BILL proposal at this time. If you have not, PLEASE send this PETITION link to your own State Senator. Holidays are busy, yes, but we must MOVE NOW to get this proposed. We need at least 5-6 SENATORS to join together in support I would think to get some movement going. IF you have a most compelling story, please write his secretary Kaye Culberson now at davisjla@ncleg.net and stress how critical this BILL is to future lives lost or impaired forever. WE, as a nation, as empathetic concerned citizens, MUST have accurate statistics of those harmed by chiropractors or osteopaths doing neck manipulations that injure. Our health system and legal system require it...period. Thank You for pro-action...for Chiropractic law reform NOW ! After January months will pass before it can be proposed I am told...so this is critical.
