Apr 24, 2015 — Update: We are close to 1000 signatures and am asking the committed supporters who signed the petition to please ask family and friends to review the Bill proposal for mandatory reporting of chiropractic cervical manipulations that result in injury of Strokes, VAD or CAD from arterial dissections and actively rally supporters for the cause to SIGN.
