Allow all services ordered online to be canceled online. No requirement to call.

Vendors of online services make it extremely easy to start using their services by allowing consumers to complete registration entirely online.  These vendors include cable companies, credit monitoring companies, telephone companies, etc.  

These same vendors make canceling their services time consuming and frustrating by requiring subscribers to call customer service to cancel.  This morning I attempted to cancel a credit reporting subscription but was faced with the "Please call Customer Service to Cancel".  As expected, my call to customer service was greeted by the classic "Due to heavy call volume..." message.

This is an intentional barrier that is meant to deter consumers from canceling service.

If companies do not require me to call them to start a service, I should not be required to call them to end it.
