Communities Policing Police Initiative started this petition to U.S. Governors and

Dear America, and to all of your workers of injustice and racism, especially those that hide in plain site in cop uniforms, lawyers, doctors, teachers, bankers, politicians and racist people in positions of power, We will no longer tolerate bad cops in our communities and on our streets that are terrorizing and murdering Black people in the United states.

Police brutality is a plague and it is destroying this country. I don't care what they say. I care about what they do. And what America does is show hate and racism on a catastrophic level toward and against black people.

The CPPI is a petition for communities to do the hiring and or firing of police officers with a history of police brutality in the communities they live. These communities are predominately black communities.

This petition is changing the narrative to be a police officer. Anyone applying to be a police officer will need to pass a community background check that every one in the community can see.
Racist history automatically disqualifies anyone including but not limited by the following: Any domestic violence history. Not paying child support.Drug or drinking problem, boy bye!
Bad credit score, nope we don't think you can be trusted with recovered drug money.

I've come to the conclusion that many white Americans would like to do away with racism. But sadly, racism in America is exactly that - In America. Racism is the chief cornerstone, the foundation of this nation that if it were removed everything would collapse for those in power. Racism In America is being monetized, weaponized and utilized very strategically. Some white people have no idea that they are racist until someone that has experienced a lot of it tells them they are racist. To them they are just being American, not racist.
It's obvious the game is to inflict as much racism to blacks through as many channels as possible,i.e. police brutality, mass incarceration, allow white supremacy to flourish but suppress all other movements and so on.
For me things won't be the same. From here on out don't tell me you're not racist. Show me you're not racist. That might require you to be Un-American though.

I leave you with George Floyd's Last Five Minutes.
His last words:

"God."
"Please."
"Please. Please I can't breathe"
"Please, man."
"Please"
"Please, Please, Please"
"I can't breathe"
"I am about to die"
"I can't breathe, my face."
"Please."
"I can't breathe"
"Please, your knee on my neck"
"I can't breathe"
"I will (get in the car)"
"I will. But I can't move"
"Mama!"
"Mama!"
"I can't"
"knee... my neck"
"I'm through"
"I'm through"
"My stomach hurts. My neck hurts."
"Everything hurts"

"Just some water or something"
"Please"
"Please"
"I can't breathe officer"

"You're going to kill me"

"They're going to kill me"

(whimpers)

"I cannot breathe"
"I cannot breathe"

"They're going to kill me"

(cries)

"Please"

"I can't breathe"

*** he never says another word

The officer stays in position, compressing George's neck for 4 more minutes. During that time, from the crowd:

"Please check his pulse"
"He is not moving"
"Can you call the police on the police?"
"Did they just kill him?"
"He's black. They don't care."
