This TV news article demonstrates a clear transition from the messaging of the past decade of "LEDs are energy efficient" to now "LEDs increase cancer risk."   Dr. Mario Motta is interviewed in this news story and he is a pioneer in this research area.

LED vehicle headlights are typically 6500K, which means the lights have an extreme amount of hazardous blue light.  Our vehicles should not be using blue light at night, and the FDA and NHTSA must collaborate to fix this.
