Milo Yiannopoulos is a British national who is in the United States, by his own admission, to agitate and cause chaos.  He should be expelled from the US and not allowed back. His speaking engagements incite riots, and he is in the US spreading hate speech, which is not protected by the Constitution.  He should be expelled from the US as an undesirable alien.
