Reparation and Immigration

Reparation and Immigration
The Issue
Immigrants in the U.S. support the specific and direct targeting of those that were complicit in the furtherance of the practice of enslavement and furthermore support obtaining reparations for said atrocities. Reparations to African Americans due to the egregious history of international slave trade are necessary and must be funded by persons, entities and governments that are proven to have caused, promoted or benefited, directly or indirectly, from the practice of enslavement.
Immigrants who have fled foreign lands to the U.S. after 1829 have not participated in the atrocity and, therefore, should be excluded from these who have participated in racial atrocity. INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) issued document with 'Date of Entry' stamp is the legal proof for such exclusion.
