Too many times, innocent animals are found in a human's care being neglected, abused or trained to be vicious fight dogs. These cruel behaviors are red flags for mental illness that has been proven countless times. We as a society need to hold those people accountable and responsible for the choices they make with any animal! Animals are the innocent victims here, and to continue to allow a person to own any animals, after finding abuse or neglect, and expect their behavior to change is the very definition of insanity!
