Revoke the United States O-1 VISA of Milo Yiannopoulos

Revoke the United States O-1 VISA of Milo Yiannopoulos
The Issue
Milo Yiannopoulos is a U.S. resident alien on O-1 visa status. It is time for the United States of America to stand on the right side of history, disavow the support of hate and bigotry and revoke the U.S. resident alien status of Milo Yiannopoulos.
On March 16, 2019, Australia denied the visa of the far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos after he responded to a mosque massacre targeting two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, killing 50 people by branding Islam "barbaric" and "alien".
A United States O-1 visa is initially granted for up to three years. Subsequently, it can be extended for one year at a time. Milo Yiannopoulos has demonstrated that he does not posses the attributes required and outlined by Title 8 U.S.C. § 1101(O)(i) of the United States Code to continue to hold or be reissued a United States O-1 Visa.
The O-1 visa is a classification of non-immigrant temporary worker visa granted by the United States to an alien, "who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements".
- Inspiring hate against Muslims is not an extraordinary ability.
- Inspiring the ideals of neo-Nazis and white nationalists is not an extraordinary ability.
- Promoting global racist propaganda is not an extraordinary ability.
- Engaging in the targeted abuse or harassment of others is not an extraordinary ability.
- Encouraging violence by saying, "I can't wait for vigilante squads to start gunning journalists down on sight", is not an extraordinary achievement.
- Encouraging further acts of violence when pipe bombs were sent to Trump critics by saying, "Disgusting and sad that they didn't go off, and the Daily Beast didn't get one." is not an extraordinary achievement.
- Bragging he donated $14.88 to taunt a Jewish journalist, when the number has been used by white supremacists because "14" represents the mantra of securing a future for white children and "88" represents "Heil Hitler", is not an extraordinary achievement.
- Stating that sexual relationships between 13-year-old boys and adult men and women can "happen perfectly consensually", is not an extraordinary achievement
- Making racist, derogatory and controversial statements about Jews, Muslims, African Americans, Native Americans, Asians, immigrants, refugees, feminists, LGBTQ communities and "leftist politicians" is not an extraordinary achievement.
Nelson Mandela said, "No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."
Using the United States as his home, Milo Yiannopoulos promulgates hate. Milo Yiannopoulos has built a business model on and is earning his livelihood by supporting and demonstrating an extraordinary record of normalizing bigotry, creating a model of intolerance through the use of hate speech, encouraging divisiveness, violence and extremism against perceived threats to the "white race".

America is better than this. Thank you.
