There is an alcohol and drug abuse epidemic in this country and Palcohol--a new powdered alcohol product recently approved by the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau--will only add to it. This product is highly susceptible to misuse and abuse. The company's own website--before they edited it--suggested using Palcohol in public venues that don't sell alcohol and adding it to food to "give it an extra kick." They even acknowledged that "Yes, you can snort it. And you'll get drunk almost instantly because the alcohol will be absorbed so quickly in your nose." This product has "disaster waiting to happen" written all over it. Please reconsider your approval of this product in the interest of public health and safety.
