There seems to be a lot more discussion on the regressive nature of the standing charges but there doesn’t seem to be much movement. Now today ofgem have indicated a likely increase of the cap from October of around £800, to be followed by another review in January 2023. It’s not known yet whether they will increase the standing charge within this. We need more traction, if you haven’t please ask friends and family if they’ll support the campaign. 

on a separate issue please be aware that some energy suppliers seems to be inflating the direct debit charges beyond what is needed to cover the increase energy costs. Worth checking yours.
