Thanks to all of you for signing, unfortunately we are far short of any number we need. Based on the standing charges from my supplier Shell,  standing charges on an annualised basis will be £287.76. This will go up again in October and the following year too, especially if they add the ‘loan repayment’ onto standing charges. 

For too many people the increased charges are unaffordable but this especially means for those on prepayment meters that they’ll have to meet standing charges before they can get any gas or electricity.
