The City of Tybee Island, Ga. City Manager must be removed for cause. He knowingly and willingly promoted an Individual to the position of Fire Chief, with questionable qualifications, and with a history of complaints of sexual harassment, hostile work environment and some allegations if proven true contain criminal implications. 

This same City Manager has made numerous errors and caused the City of Tybee Island multiple thousands of dollars to correct these poor decisions,  like paying for designs, and architectural plans to build large 2 story bathrooms and showers in the 16th street and 17th St . lots without notifying residents for their input. These facilities would have blocked the residents view who paid hefty real estate prices for an ocean view. Only after public outrage at the plans,  were they scrapped and redone,  at additional expenses for the same projects .

The City Manager was involved in a Lawsuit at his previous position as CM in another City which is still ongoing. He must suspended immediately to determine the origins of the FC promotion,  the allegations, who knew what, and when? Then ultimately terminated. There are multiple complainants to these acts.
