****** Please be advised:This petition is not requesting or accepting donations ****
Mr. Nitti, Owner of the Double 6 Ranch in Apple Valley, Ca , whom has been serving the community since 2008, is currently under scrutany from the San Bernardino County’s First District County Supervisor, Robert Lovingood. The County has filed a lawsuit against Mr. Nitti and his Private Facility named The Double 6 Ranch, in lieu of an issue involving an outside party, which in turn, has no grounds for applicable harrassment of The Double 6 Ranch. We are currently asking support from the community, and the supporters of Double 6 Ranch to help end, and hinder any further harassment, not only towards the Double 6 Ranch, and Mr. Nitti, but anyone this may effect in the future.
Currently, the following is what we are requesting:
We ask that the current and standing lawsuit be dropped against Mr. Nitti & Double 6 Ranch.
Allow all of the following charity events be made available to the public again , without interruption or harrassment:
Special Needs Program for Special needs adults and children.
Veterans Bullriding and Therapy events formed to help PTSD and TBI victims whom have served this country.
The after school program to help children of the community have a safe , and constructive place to go to help instill good values, responsibility and respect for themselves, elders and peers , as well as to help them stay out of trouble, and receive equine therapy.
All programs are done on a volunteer, free to the public basis not exceeding county regulations of personnel or guest volume.
Cease and desist all prosecutions and accusations of the Double 6 Ranch being a Commercially Operated Equine Facility. The facility does not train, event, or sell at a commercial level and has not. As stated before, all events are free to the public and “enter at your own risk”& “No admission fee required”, based events.
Allow Double 6 Ranch and its volunteers to host charity events according the County standards and regulations without a permit required for nothing over the capacity of 499 persons in attendance.
Although, no one is perfect in this equestrian world. We ask that the harassment stop, as Mr. Nitti has been a stellar example, and safe place to go to in the High Desert for many people from all walks of life. In this small world of equestrians , Mr. Nitti has been singled out for a various amount of reasons, not only NOT politically correct, however , MOST unethical.
In signing this document, you agree and have joined the pledge, to stop the harrassment from the San Bernardino County advisors and directors, not only towards Mr. Nitti and The Double 6 Ranch, but anyone and everyone else who may face these same issues in the future. Thank you.
