Why this petition matters

Started by shakynah holliday

The justice system is known for falsifying innocent people. I'm asking the public to assist  Dayonte Resiles as I take on trial against the State of Florida to prove my innocence in the murder of Jill Su.

Who is Dayonte Resiles? Dayonte Resiles resides in Broward County, FL. Today, I am 27 years old. At the time of my arrest I was just turning 20. I have a six-year-old daughter, who I have never formally got to be a father to. The past seven years I would describe my life as an emotional roller coaster. I have been sitting in the Broward County Main Jail for the last 7 years where The Broward County State of Florida is trying to indict me for heinous crime i didn't commit.

They've tried portraying my character to be a murderer, a young black statistic.

In reality, I am no where near the accusations of what they're saying. Before being erroneously accused I've always been a community activist. I've given back to family, friends, strangers, and the entire community.

The purpose of this petition is to gain the worldwide help of the media, my peers, and the community in bringing exposure to my story.

There seems to be alot of inconsistencies within my case that needs to be reviewed and brought forth to the public.

The victim was discovered deceased by her son Justin Su. Jill Su was found bounded in her bathtub by her hands & feet, and stabbed to death over 45 times.

I would like for the community to bring awareness to Harold F. Pryor who is currently the head of the state attorneys office.

- I'm requesting for the state attorney's office to turn over my phone records from T-Mobile which will indicate the cell towers, mileage away from the residential area, and activity from my cellphone at the time the murder occurred.

-I'm also asking to receive the video that was taken of evidentiary value which displays no one entered the community through the main roadway.

-There was also DNA on the scene that resulted in being unidentified and I would like for those prints to be re-evaluated.

These are a few of many key points to my case that needs to be addressed in order to exonerate me from this tragic crime.

The state is extracting the personal vendetta against me resulting in injustice I have incurred. My life is on the line and I'm asking that my community pushed this to the furthest extent to help me get acquitted for a crime I DO NOT commit.
