The Twitter user "@GodsWordIsLaw," identified only by his first name, Keith, has, for the longest time, been posting extremely vile, threatening, and oftentimes violent anti-gay messages on his personal Twitter account for the world to see - a move which is in direct violation of Twitter's Terms and Conditions. He has also posted messages targeting other Twitter users for their choices of religion, as well as their race.

Keith is also the creator of the "Christians For A Moral America" blog on Blogspot.com, in which he also posts similar content.

Recently, his evilness had more light shed on it thanks to an article from The Huffington Post (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/11/29/george-michael-hospitalized-christians-for-a-moral-america_n_1118654.html), as well as numerous other websites, after Keith made extremely disgusting and untrue statements regarding the condition of singer George Michael, who was forced to cancel an upcoming tour due to a bout with pneumonia. Keith took to his Twitter page and immediately began telling his followers to pray for Michael's death because he "has AIDS" and because homosexuality is a "Satanic lifestyle." Below are Keith's posts word-for-word, which can also be found in the Huffington Post link:

"Apparently George Michael has AIDS. Figures since he's a homosexual and it goes with the territory. Another sodomite bites the dust?"

"Pray for George Michael's demise. He has chosen a satanic lifestyle and must meet an appropriate end."

(in response to another Twitter user) "No, he has not. He has promoted and flaunted his homosexuality and tried to make it "normal", thus increasing sodomy + AIDS"

"We have an OBLIGATION to the general public to make sure homosexuality is recriminalized. Sodomy is destroying the health care system."

"The faeces eating sodomites are angry that the Pope told them to stop burgling turds if they don't want to get AIDS. Truth hurts dont it?"

(in response to another user) "Penis entering man's hairy shithole is normal? You're not going to convince anyone."

"Stop tweeting me filthy queers."

There are other posts from him as well that are much too vulgar to be posted here, but they can be viewed on his personal Twitter page.

Again, statements like these and any similar to them are in direct violation of Twitter's Terms and Conditions (something which ALL Twitter users MUST agree to before being allowed to join the website), as his posts could be constituted as calls for physical violence upon the LGBT community around the world. Any abuse of Twitter's Terms and Conditions can result in immediate account suspension and/or termination. Many indviduals have reported Keith for this very thing, yet Twitter still has not banned his account, allowing him to continue posting his violent rhetoric.

Keith has also been repeatedly stating that everything is he doing and saying is fully protected by the First Amendment; however, posting content that could be perceived as threats and calls for violence against another person, place, or constitutionally protected group of people is NOT protected under the First Amendment. Free speech is one thing, but in this case, hate speech is not free speech. Furthermore, what Keith is doing constitutes cyberbullying, and in his home state of Minnesota, cyberbullying can and will be prosecuted with the filing of harassment and stalking charges.

This petition is calling for Twitter to immediately ban the user "@GodsWordIsLaw" from their website on the grounds that he has severely violated their Terms and Conditions by posting vile content such as this, as well as many others similar, even worse, than what is listed above. No one should have to be forced to be subjected to this kind of behavior for any reason, and it's time for it to be put to an end NOW!
