Twitch streamer, Ryan "Shanks" Ngo has been banned for entertaining his stream and a smaller streamer has accused Ryan of harassment. How all this started, Ryan would raid other female streamers for fun and laughs but some of the viewers would take these "jokes" too far. Ryan would never say anything rash that would affect his reputation. He has been doing these types of "streams" for a while now and there were no problems until a small streamer reported him for feeling "harassed". When this "streamer" was raided, she/it didn't show any emotions that would show she/it was harassed or harmed in any way. Ryan could be at fault for doing these "raids" but, it's his toxic viewers that create the problems. With these "raids", it represents Mutuality, Ryan would get his content and the streamer would have more viewers. While doing these "raids" no one is harmed in any way, at the end of the day its all for laughs and entertainment.
