Firstly I'd like to thank everyone for signing the petition. I am truly overwhelmed by how much attention this petition has gained from the media and influencers around the world.

I started this petition because I thought enough was enough. I was tired of Twitch favoring female streamers over male streamers. An example of this is when roughly one year ago, a male Twitch streamer known as KKona Elite was showing his Twitch audience his pet catfish when it suddenly jumped out of his hands. He was instantly banned, even though it was out of his control. Now as we all know, Alinity purposely threw her cat and purposely fed it Vodka, and what did Twitch do? Nothing.

Despite all the attention this situation has gained over the past few days, Twitch has yet to release any sort of statement. I even attempted to contact Twitch myself to which they ignored me. Twitch's Creative Director Marcus ‘djWHEAT’ Graham weighed in on the situation, revealing he wants to see a ban, yet we have not received any response or action from Twitch themselves. Twitch users are even being suspended for speaking up about the situation. Twitch is a multimillion-dollar company, and yet they won't even stand against sexism and animal abuse in the 21st century. We demand answers.
