The Greenbelt in Twin Creeks 3, in addition to the medians on Alma and Exchange have historically been maintained (irrigated, mowed, pest control, edge, etc) by our HOA. In December of 2020, the developer pulled out and the board decided to cut costs by removing land maintenance for those areas in hopes the city of Allen would maintain.  This lack of maintenance to those areas has become a liability to all residents, children and furry friends who use the trail. To date, there is no agreement between the Twin Creeks HOA and the city of Allen to maintain these areas. We would like to petition that the HOA continue to maintain these areas to homeowner expectations and Twin Creeks standards.
