TWHBEA needs to show their earnest support of cleaning up the TWH show industry. We need to instill zero tolerance for inhumane training practices. Effective January 1, 2013 any horse that receives a bi-lateral sore ticket will immediately have their registration papers revoked and made null and void. This will be effective for the life of the horse. No offspring can be registered from this horse after the date of the cancellation of said papers and no show records after this same date will be recorded by TWHBEA.
