The National Retirees Legislative Network - TVA Retirees Chapter is seeking retirees' input on their experience with Via Benefits (formerly OneExchange).  Via Benefits  runs the TVA retirees health plan and there is growing concern among the retirees that they are locked into very expensive Medigap plans that were sold to them by Via Benefits.

Some retirees believe they received misleading/false information about their Medigap options and the rates they are charged.  For example, Via Benefits told retirees its plan rates were competitive but offered only  two Medigap G plans which were priced 35% to 65% higher than plans available from local agents.

Retirees are being encouraged to complete the survey which will send their concerns (anonymously) to TVA leadership.
