The TVA Chapter of the National Retirees Legislative Network (NRLN) has been investigating an injustice to TVA retirees which may take Congressional influence to correct.  Based on new data from CSG Actuarial consultants, it appears thousands of TVA retirees paid grossly inflated rates for their Medigap plans.  Many of those retirees are now stuck in those plans because of pre-existing health issues. 

The NRLN is working on an effort to ask Congress to offer all affected TVA retirees a new opportunity to buy new Medigap plans at lower rates.To find out more about this effort and how you can help, click the following link:
