Some TVA Retirees Eligible for Another Open Enrollment

Medicare rules allow another open enrollment if you received misleading information when you signed up for your Medicare insurance.  Many believe they were misled by Via's false promise of "competitive rates" or "lowest rates".

To get the process started, contact your state's Insurance commissioner and explain how you were misled.  If they agree, you will be allowed to purchase another plan with "guaranteed issue".
