TVA-Via Plan G rates offered by Humana for females in the Nashville, TN area dropped from $169 per month in 2019  to $122 per month in 2020.  

How did that happen?  What in the world could cause such a precipitous drop?  Was it this petition?  Was it new cost data?  Did some regulatory agency issue an order?  No one seems to know. 

The lower prices are certainly welcome news, unless they are "bait and switch".

Here is the very Most important question:  Can existing TVA retirees now sign up for this new Humana Plan G without being subjected to exclusion due to pre-existing conditions.  Many believe they can because Via has always said it all its plans are "guaranteed issue".
