TV Station With African American Shareholders Being Delayed Sale by FCC

TV Station With African American Shareholders Being Delayed Sale by FCC
The Issue
My 38 WADL-Detroit is an African American backed television station that has been in operation for over 34 years. We have applied for and repeatedly asked The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) to assign its broadcasting license to a larger station. However, the FCC has continually delayed the assignment without explanation of this license and that has delayed the sale of our television station.
We are asking for your help by signing this petition to tell the FCC that it is finally time for our African American stakeholders to realize a return on their investment with the sale of My 38 WADL-Detroit.
