HURRICANE Danielle plus two developing HURRICANES are Currently ACTIVE in the Atlantic AND SPRINGS STILL HAS NO EMERGENCY and CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS!
The Town Board must issue a Declaration of Emergency pursuant to NYS Executive Law CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 2-B SECTION 24 Local state of emergency; local emergency orders by chief executive and consistent with the new EH Town Code Section 255--1-41 sub section B(2) & (3) and Approve immediately the Operation of the Springs Fire Department Emergency Communications Tower.
In times of emergency or natural disaster every second counts when you or your loved one's life is in jeopardy.
