Tupperware this week changed the replacement policy! They are now charging $9.95 for each item as postage and you have to send back, proof of purchase (which none of us have) and the replacement part for evaluation! Once they receive your parts, with the forms you have to fill out, they will see if it’s approved for warranty claim. There’s no guarantee it will be replaced. When we purchased items we were told they had a lifetime warranty and would be replaced free of charge. We need to let the company know it’s not OK to change a warranty after purchase!!
