On June 22nd VRChat user, "Pikmin2010", was banned from the game. 4 years was the sentence, for what cause? "Impersonation of VRChat staff, reverse engineering content". These claims are ludicrous Pikmin2010, known by many as a loving VRChat content creator, would never claim to be apart of the VRChat team. The reason they claim these offenses? In early june pikmin2010 was sent a unity package containing VRChat staff member Tupper's personal avatar. Pikmin proceeded to upload the avatar, "for the lulz". Pikmin2010 did not comprehend at the time the consequences for said actions. As in his mind he didnt believe he did anything more then upload asset he was sent. He never claimed to be part of the VRChat team and would never reverse engineer game content. 

Many people loved Pikmin2010's work. He was an outstanding member of the VRChat community. Having over 250 avatars and numerous worlds public and private. He didnt just create content for VRChat, they also encouraged open dialogue about the state of the game and ways the VRChat team and players alike could improve the VRChat experience.

Pikmin has helped numerous people with their avatar and world creation. Offering technical aswell as constructive criticism.
