My name or Rosa Cuevas, I'm a mother of a 10,9& 6yr old .the kids keep asking if I will be strong enough to run and play tag at the park .

We are requesting body cams from the Dec 9, 2018 officer involved shooting . Quinntin Castro(35) got murdered, as a witness Rosa Cuevas (28) got shot 8 times all while having hands up , and Cameron Ware was beat up and tortured for several hours. 

After this life event my life has completely changed. That dec 9th night I lost my pulse and heartbeat for 25 minutes. I woke up on life support and after a while I realized I was completely paralyzed in right leg and right arm also I became non-verbal, I could not breathe on my own nor swallow food or  my own spit. After a while I got a tracheostomy and was placed on a ventilator 24/7 for almost 2 months . It's been almost 2 years since then and I'm still In the recovery process. I haven't gotten a police report as I've been told there are non available for me because I am a witness according to detective burns from the Visalia sheriffs department.
