Let TUI and other travel companies know that it’s unacceptable to advertise their holidays again when they’re avoiding the refunds that existing customers are due. It is simply NOT acceptable that large companies like this can treat the general public with such greed and disrespect. If a travel company cancels your holiday they should have a time limit of 4 weeks to refund your money or face a fine or some form of compensation to their customer.
