The City of Tucson's Transportation Department is planning on extending the hours of 4th Avenue's parking meters until MIDNIGHT, with RATE INCREASES and a 2 HOUR MAX on all parked vehicles.

With 90% of our off street parking disappearing to development and construction (Maloney's, Flycatcher, and the 7th Street parking lots will all be closed when construction begins, as soon as next month), the City needs to help us find parking solutions, NOT add to the problem.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our city leaders to NOT make ANY changes to parking in our district until there is a definitive off street parking solution put in place.
