Information as follows
A report will be presented to Council at its meeting on 24 November 2020 for information only. No decision on the matter will be made at this meeting.
You and the other signatories are welcome to attend the meeting in the Council Chambers (keeping in mind there are COVID-19 restrictions in place and limited space available) from 7pm. Residents have the opportunity to speak in relation to any Council matters in the Public Forum section of the meeting. A copy of the guidelines for Public Forums are provided under Committee Information on our website. Alternatively, since no decision on the matter will be made at the meeting, you may decide to listen to the meeting and view the minutes remotely via the livestream.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and limited room capacity, it would be greatly appreciated if you could advise Council if you and any other signatories are planning to attend.
The petition has now been forwarded to the responsible manager for consideration.
