Arceus is the most powerful Pokémon in existence. It created space, time, and the Pokémon world. This is reflected well in the anime and associated films, where it easily ignores attacks from its children, Giratina, Palkia, and Dialga. 

However, its base stat total is only 720 in the main series games. While this is impressive, Pokémon such Ultra Necrozma and Mega Rayquaza have a higher BST and are more effective in battle. Obviously, the games cannot fully reflect the fiction, since they have to be entertaining, but when Arceus was first created it had the highest BST of any Pokémon. 

In order to fix this problem, The Pokémon Company should release a Primal Arceus form, along the lines of Primal Groudon and Kyogre, Ultra Necrozma, and so forth. It should have a base stat total of at least 800, perhaps with stats of 130 in each category. This would give Arceus back the game statistic prominence that it was originally supposed to have.
