Attorneys are currently able to zealously defend their client by any means possible, including lying and presenting arguments that are not backed up by facts and evidence. They are able to slander witnesses and they can't even be held accountable. Require state and defense attorneys to swear under oath before opening and closing arguments that they are telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, which can be supported by evidence and if their claims are found to be false, they could be found in contempt of court, charged with perjury and/or obstruction of justice, in addition to civil charges being brought against them. The American people are tired of the lies in our judicial system. We want the TRUTH put back into Truth and Justice.
