Another incident involving an alleged Mexican national operating a car-carrier on I-5 in Washington state for a California-based company without a CDL, medical card, or insurance hits a school bus and sends four to the hospital (luckily, no children were on the bus, only two adults). Juan Hernandez was arrested on Thursday after the six-car pile-up.
