St.charles County said Lincoln County does not have a dog park due too a lot of residents having acerage. The problem is a lot more people that have dogs do not have acerage making residents travel to St.Charles county to go to a dog park. I believe it is fair to ask for a dog park giving our furry friends an opportunity to exercise and to socialize so to speak.
