The Issue
The Tropicana in Atlantic City is using live chickens in its "Man vs. Chicken" tic-tac-toe challenge.
Chickens are sensitive beings who feel emotions and have specific dietary and environmental requirements. To keep them confined to a glass case and use them in tic-tac-toe games is inherently cruel. We live in the technological age -- with so many other options for casino entertainment, there is no excuse for this type of cruelty and we must let Tropicana know that such activity will not be tolerated! Sign our petition and better yet, write to Diane Spiers, Executive Director of Media Services to let her know that you are appalled by Tropicana's decision to use chickens in their games.
