With the state of the country and the abundance of school shootings we believe having SRO officers for our school district is essential in keeping our children safe. They are our security, our eyes, our ears, and our peace of mind . They also teach them respectful relationships.  Many school districts across the  USA have already pulled the plug on having officers at school. We the people of TRIAD school district want to keep our officers and continue the contract with police to keep our children safe!

We need our SROs to stop/prevent school shootings and uphold the security in our schools. We would like to present this petition to the school board in favor of keeping our relationships with our local police departments and having officers serve our schools and implement safety measures to keep our children safe.
