To keep the current (08/11/10) “Position Sign-Up Parameters” intact once the PMDL and PMNW flight attendants start flying together May 1, 2012. The “Position Sign-Up Parameters” is uniquely a Delta policy that apparently no other airline does. These parameters are what make Delta unrivaled in how we do business and treat their employees. Delta listens to the majority of it employees realizing that this will create a non-hostile environment so operations can run smoothly. Because Delta listens, all of our work groups (except the pilots) are union free.
