We, the Crane community, submit this petition to name the new training rooms in honor of the man who made the old ones unforgettable , our beloved trainer, Mike Hailey.

Doc wasn’t just a trainer. He was a mentor, a friend, and the steady heartbeat of Crane. His dedication, kindness, and impact reached every part of our community, including my own life. The memories we built with him deserve to live on, and future generations should know the hero he truly was.

By signing this petition, you support naming the new training rooms after Doc and ensuring his legacy continues to inspire all who walk through them.

In the famous words of Doc, “we can live today. We’ve gotta live today, and take each day as it’s own special day.”
