Recently Viera Company decided to offer membership to non residents to utilize the Addison Club. This is upsetting because as residents we don’t have the option to join or not join. We are mandated to be members and pay. The issue this creates is now that the warmer months are here, the pool area has already been mor noticeable crowded on weekends. With more homes going up this is not a fair situation to residents. Residents should have the same right as non residents since it’s equally being charged! There is no benefit to being a resident. There are no resident only perks like designated hours that only residents can use the facilities! So, I am starting this petition because I feel the need for change! Viera company needs to realize they created an unfair situation to residents!
