SBS TRANSIT/LTA have announced Route Amendment of Express Bus Service 506 from 12 December 2021 onwards.

Resident in the Western (Jurong) and Eastern (Bedok) area are concerned with the proposed transportation adjustment

As this is the only bus service that ply Express sectors between the West and East

The route adjustment of the service puts hundreds of commuters who utilize it to travel between Western and Eastern singapore into massive inconvenience. The alternatives require multiple transfers, whereby this Express bus service shorten the need for transfers plying the (PIE) Expressway shortening 30 minutes of travel time

We are petitioning the operator (SBS TRANSIT) via LTA to retract the route amendment for this Express bus service
