According to the motor vehicle act, the tinted glasses with VLT 50 % is allowed in motor vehicles but tinted films over the windows are not allowed.

What is the difference between that tinted glasses and tinted films over glass if the VLT is 50 % which is acceptable in tinted glasses whereas it is not accepted in tinted films over glass?

As the tinted glasses in the cars are too much costlier than the tinted films, most of the people are not able to afford the tinted glass windows whereas everyone can afford tinted films over the glasses.

The VLT will be the same even it is tinted glass or tinted film.

VLT 50 % is almost clearly visible what is there inside the vehicle, so there will be no issue with the VLT 50 % films and most of the people will enjoy a comfortable ride with less fuel used to cool the unnecessary temperature rise inside the cabin 

Government has to consider the same for the tinted films on the windows and allow tinted films on the automobile glass windows according to the existing law.

Government has to allow the tinted films on the automobile windows with VLT 50 % which is already allowed with tinted glasses.
