The last train back to Ebbw Vale Town and any other stations on this line is currently 21:34 which is far to early. Those on nights out have to either cut short their visits or they face overpriced taxis home, overpriced night stays or calling family & friends miles away to come fetch them. This also goes for concert-goers where events always take place later in the evening, meaning they have no chance of getting home via train unless they leave the event halfway through which is not plausible. 

Trains to Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare and Swansea all have much later train times. Putting the original 23:05 train back on the timetable would allow all those on nights out to stay out longer and provide an opportunity for those going to concerts etc to make the final train home and avoids the unnecessary added costs of hotels or taxis home.
